The ECG Workshop was held on 10 June, 2009 within the IIASA NMO Day as an input to the discussions of the IIASA Strategic Plan.

The current aim of the research efforts undertaken under the umbrella of ECG is to identify, characterize and classify different in-house approaches to studying key driving forces of economic growth and to make them ‘talk’ to each other. ECG’s longer-term goal is to design an integrated approach to modeling co-evolution of these driving forces.
