Guest Research Assistant Pollution Management Research Group - Energy, Climate, and Environment Program
Zehui Liu is a guest research assistant in the Pollution Management Research Group of the IIASA Energy, Climate, and Environment Program. Her research interests include understanding and quantifying the impacts of urbanization and forest change on air quality through pollutant emissions, deposition, and boundary layer structure changes, with a focus on fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and ozone production using numerical modeling approaches.
She is currently involved in the Urban Nitrogen Cycles: New Economy/ Thinking to Master the Challenges of Climate Change (UNCNET) project, which aims to simulate the urban nitrogen flow for two European cities.
