IIASA Director hosts Chinese Ambassador to Austria
IIASA Director Pavel Kabat provided an overview of IIASA’s history and future, outlining the organization’s strategic plan and his vision for the Institute asa global hub for systems science. Current and future collaborations with China were also discussed. Prof. Kabat and Special Advisor Chin min Lee will visit China in the coming weeks to meet with IIASA’s National Member Organization committee members from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and representatives from government and the broader research community.
