UNEP Emissions GAP Report 2013

The UN Environment Programme's Emissions GAP Report is based on pledges associated with the Copenhagen Accord of 2009 and informs governments and the wider community how far the response to climate change has progressed over the preceding 12 months, and thus how far the world is on track to meet wider goals.

The 2013 GAP Report [1] was the fourth in the series. It was presented to the leaders of the international climate negotiations at the latest Conference of Parties (COP19) in Warsaw, and was among the most frequently referred to studies during the negotiations. 

Two side-events in Warsaw featured the Gap Report, which was downloaded more than half a million times shortly after the COP.
