Major policy-relevant activities and scientific policy advice in 2013 included:
- The 2013 GAP report of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP);
- The UN Secretary General’s Initiative Sustainable Energy for All (SE4ALL);
- Contributions to the Summary for Policy Makers of the Fifth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC, Working Group I);
- Contributions to the Deep Decarbonization Pathways Project (DDPP) of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN).
