IIASA Director/CEO hosts Turkish Ambassador to International Organizations in Vienna
During the meeting, they discussed the possibility that Turkey could join IIASA. They also planned a visit to Turkey by Kabat and Lee. In late September, the two will travel to Ankara to meet with the Turkish science minister, the president of the Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK), the president of the Turkish Academy of Sciences, and visit universities and scientific organizations within Turkey.
