Asian MetaCentre Training Workshop 2013
Targeted for junior scientists, researchers and graduate students whose field of interest is related to mathematical demography and population studies, this workshop provides training on how to use basic and advanced spreadsheet techniques, and to present and analyze demographic data. As one of the world's leading experts in computer application of demography, Scherbov has repeatedly been invited to give those courses at institutes all around the world and has had a strong impact on advanced techniques for demographic analysis.
The event is organized by the College of Population Studies, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with IIASA and the Asia Research Institute, National University of Singapore from 7-18 October 2013 at Chulalongkorn University.
