15:00 – 16:15 (Moscow time)

Advancing the Frontiers of Systems Analysis and Mathematical Aspects of Systems Analysis

The system sciences are evolving, spurred by the tremendous advances in digitalization. New concepts and methods are increasing the power of integrated approaches and enhancing expertise in ground-breaking mathematical modeling techniques, complexity theory, dynamic systems, optimization methods, game theory, agent-based modeling, multi-state demographic projections, artificial intelligence, and big data among other fields. This session will bring together a panel of researchers to present the current state and future directions in research methods for systems analysis.

Moderator

Igor Sheremet, Deputy Director for Science, Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR)
