Asian MetaCentre Training Workshop 2014

This course is designed for junior scientists, researchers and graduate students whose field of interest is related to mathematical demography and population studies. It provides training on the use of basic and advanced spreadsheet techniques, and the presentation and analysis of demographic data. As one of the world's leading experts in computer application of demography, Sergei Scherbov has had a strong impact on advanced techniques for demographic analysis and has repeatedly been invited to give those courses at institutes all around the world.

The event is organized by the College of Population Studies, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with IIASA and the Asia Research Institute, National University of Singapore from 7-16 October 2014 at Chulalongkorn University.
