Day Two - Friday 6 September 2019

09:00 - 10:45 - Systems analysis to handle volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA) to aid policy making, keynote presentations, will focus on innovations in new quantitative and qualitative methods

11:15 - 12:45 - Energy and New Technologies, keynote presentations, will focus on future energy transitions and their implications for human well-being and the environment

14:00 - 15:30 - Achieving sustainable land use: Food, Agriculture, Biodiversity, Land, and Energy, keynote presentations, will focus on how can the Americas and its countries identify robust and comprehensive long-term pathways towards sustainable land-use
